David Feiss is an American storyboard artist, writer, and animator. He was known for creating Cow and Chicken and I Am Weasel. He is also known for storyboarding episodes of The Adventures of Teddy Ruxpin, Droopy: Master Detective, and Alvin and the Chipmunks (1983).

He only storyboarded one episode from the first season of El Tigre: The Adventures of Manny Rivera.
