Dr. Chipotle Jr. (real name: Diego Chipotle III) is a 10-year-old, evil mad scientist who uses his scientific knowledge to create giant monsters using guacamole and possibly jalapeno. He is the son of equally evil, Dr. Chipotle Sr. with a similar appearance. He is also El Tigre’s arch nemesis and has a crush on Frida. He is one of the recurring antagonists of El Tigre: The Adventures of Manny Rivera.
Description[]
"Like his dad, Dr. Chipotle Sr., 10-year-old Dr. Chipotle Jr. is a mad scientist with a massive robotic metal arm. Chipotle Jr. has been known to make some pretty mean monsters using some pretty weird materials (guacamole and jalapenos, anyone?). When Chipotle Jr. was just 7, he watched El Tigre and White Pantera put his dad in jail, and he swore he'd get back at them some day. Now he is totally and completely obsessed with making El Tigre suffer. Unfortunately for Jr., El Tigre never remembers who he is, and he probably wouldn't take him seriously anyway since he's just a little kid. Which is endlessly frustrating to Chipotle Jr.!"[1]
Appearance[]
Chipotle has a light brown skin with brown messy hair, red colored eyes, a pink circled nose, and pink glowing cheeks. He wears a yellowish buttoned shirt with red buttons, a black glove on his left arm, brown pants and brown boots with large brown collar. He is mostly human, but he has some robotic parts of his body. He has a large grey mechanical arm with a black wrist connecting to the black palm that contains a white skull symbol stitched to his right arm. He also has a grey mechanical eye with a red pupil sensor on his left eye.
As a civilian, Chipotle's metal arm is retracted and replaced with a normal one, and his cybernetic eye transforms into an inconspicuous pair of glasses, complete with a holographic eye.

Early Years[]
Chipotle was created in a lab accident, at an unknown point. Envious of El Tigre, he cloned himself twice and accelerated the ages of them to serve as his father and grandfather figures.
When Dr. Chipotle Jr. was just 7, he witnessed El Tigre and White Pantera put his dad in jail, and he swore to get back at them some day.

- Dr. Chipotle Jr. is inspired by mad scientists in various Mexican, Lucha Libre films.[2]
- Its robotic eyes and arms are a nod to half-robot characters in Mexican, Sci-Fi films produced in the 1960s and 1970s.[2]
- His hair was assumed to be based on the color of a Mexican chipotle sauce.[2]
- His shirt has a red chili on it, a nod to some of the monsters he creates as well as his namesake.
- Dr. Chipotle Sr. is voiced by Richard Steven Horvitz, who also voiced his father, Dr. Chipotle Sr. and his grandfather, Dr. Chipotle Sr. Sr.
- He is also particularly known for yelling out the phrase "SWINE!" when infuriated.
- A running gag throughout the series is when either Manny or Frida messes up his name.
