Fred Osmond (born September 29, 1973) is an American storyboard artist and animator. He was known for storyboarding episodes of SpongeBob SquarePants, The Penguins of Madagascar, and The Ripping Friends.

He only storyboarded two episodes from the first season of El Tigre: The Adventures of Manny Rivera.
