Katie Rice (born September 12, 1981) is an American storyboard artist, character designer, director, and animator. She was known for storyboarding episodes of WordGirl, Fanboy & Chum Chum, and Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness.

She storyboarded two episodes from the first season of El Tigre: The Adventures of Manny Rivera.
