Kevin Kaliher is an American storyboard artist, character designer, and writer. He was known for storyboarding episodes of Dexter's Laboratory, The Powerpuff Girls, and Whatever Happened to... Robot Jones?.

He only storyboarded one episode from the first season of El Tigre: The Adventures of Manny Rivera.
