Rob Humphrey (born June 29, 1962) is an American writer and producer. He was known for writing episodes of The Sylvester & Tweety Mysteries, Darkwing Duck, Disney's Bonkers and The X's.

He only wrote one episode from the first season of El Tigre: The Adventures of Manny Rivera, but he was uncredited.
