Thomas Hart

Thomas Hart is an American writer, story editor, and producer. He was known for writing episodes of Disney's House of Mouse, Captain Jake and the Never Land Pirates, and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.

He only wrote one episode from the first season of El Tigre: The Adventures of Manny Rivera including the pilot.
